AUDI 80 Quattro - 1984, Gr. A - Volker Eckl/Antonia Eckl

John de Heijde built his own replication of a very rare Group B car: an Audi 80 Quattro. Anyone wondering why this rather standard car is listed as a Group B car, here is the answer. At the beginning of 1983, Audi wanted to show the skills of its new 80 Quattro on snow but unfortunately they had not yet produced the 5,000 cars needed for Group A homologation. Thus they had no other choice than to let it run as a Group B car. It is as simple as that. Mehr >
