The Schölderle couple have a great fondness for Opel rally cars and thought about what would be missing from the whole Opel range at slowly sideways. That's when they came up with the idea of the Opel GT, it can be as simple as that. Mehr >

Peter Schlömer and Martin Kiefer built this Talbot from a road car to a perfect original copy of the works cars from 1981 and made it also reliable, driving it almost as sideways as Henri Toivonen did in his best days. The works rear axle was rebuilt from a Jaguar unit and even the double exhaust system of the works cars was duplicated. Peter is also one of the leading figures of the Eifel Rallye Festival and some important people behind the scenes of the festival will be sitting in his co-driver's seat. Mehr >

This Volvo came to the Netherlands from Finland in 2022 and was already a competition car. John de Heijde and his company JDH Classic Motorsport then overhauled and repainted this Volvo into a copy of the car that Susanne Kottulinsky drove from 1984 to 1986. Theo Ruigh lives half in the Netherlands and half in the USA, where he has a large collection of Porsche racing cars. Mehr >

It was in 2012 that Florian Rotter came up with the idea to create a replication of an Audi Sport Quattro S1 E2. His plan was to make a car that was as close to the original as possible and at the same time working perfectly. Rotter got hold of some original parts from the Group B days such as the gravel suspension and brakes and looked intensely for parts identical to the original ones. Mehr >

This Skoda 130 LR was built in 1987 as a Group A car and then imported from Czech Republic to the German Democratic Republic by Eberhard Uth, a multiple rally champion in the GDR. Uth himself drove this Skoda for two years. Then in 1991, Jens Roth traced this car and bought it. From then on till 2014, he drove it in hundreds of rallies and celebrated roughly 150 class wins. He also turned the former Group A version into a Group B car resembling the 1986 works cars. Mehr >

Bought by the current owner in March 2023 this Ford has gradually been put back to how it was when Elfyn Evans drove it in 2016. Mehr >

This Talbot was advertised in the German paper Markt as a standard Sunbeam Lotus in black with silver stripes, it had no clue what a rally car was. The new owner started immediately to rebuild the car into rally spec and choose the Peugeot Talbot Sport colours in which the works cars where entered during the 1982 season. Already back in 2002 it could drive its first events. Mehr >

After its active career in the Netherlands, this Kadett came into private hands and was deregistered for a long time before Günther Irmscher bought it. Günther Ressel took it over in 2001 and restored it extensively down to the last bolt, and a straightening bench was also necessary to get the body straight again. Mehr >
